SIA "Kalmars Group" ONLINE STORE NEW TERMS OF USE


Users and visitors of SIA "Kalmars Group" online store, located on the website www.comaply.com (hereinafter - e-store), agree and undertake to comply with the conditions specified in these rules.

The e-store is managed by SIA "Kalmars Group" (hereinafter - comaply), legal address: Riga, Šarlotes Street 18A - 3, LV-1001, e-mail: info@COMAPLY.com, Phone +371 27797931.




1. Essence of the Agreement


1.1. COMAPLY sells event tickets in the e-store www.comaply.com at the request of event organizers. COMAPLY may not set or change ticket prices or sales conditions, including seating arrangements, hall capacity, or other factors, and does not issue or compensate for lost or damaged tickets.

1.2. The rights and obligations arising from the purchase of a ticket are determined by the event organizer. COMAPLY does not assume responsibility for the content, quality, responsible person, or advertising of the event and does not represent event organizers.




2. Prices and Payment Procedure


2.1. Ticket prices, as well as their available quantity in the e-store, may change until the moment when the customer has placed the selected tickets in their cart and started the payment process.

2.2. Tickets with different prices may be on sale simultaneously for one event.

2.3. The event organizer has the right to independently determine the ticket sales strategy and conditions without informing either COMAPLY or event attendees in advance.

2.4. According to the event organizer's strategy, special prices or promotions may be offered, the terms and conditions of which are specified in each event description.

2.5. Payment for selected tickets in the e-store must be made within 15 minutes, using AS "Citadele banka", AS "Luminor Bank", AS "SEB banka", AS "Swedbank" internet banking, as well as payment cards (VISA, VISA Electron, MAESTRO, American Express). Commission for internet banking transactions may be applied by the customer's bank depending on individual conditions. The service is provided by klix.

2.6. If payment is not made within 15 minutes, the tickets are automatically returned to public sale and the purchase process must be restarted.

2.7. Ticket purchase in the online store www.COMAPLY.com is a paid service, and the service fee is added to the purchase amount.

2.8. It is not possible to reserve tickets in the e-store - payment for the selected tickets must be made within the specified 15-minute period after placing them in the cart.

2.9. COMAPLY may cancel a purchase if there is suspicion of fraudulent activities or use of someone else's payment card or its data. In such cases, if illegal activities are detected, the guilty person may be held liable in accordance with the Criminal Law of the Republic of Latvia.




3. Delivery Conditions


3.1. Tickets in PDF format (E-Ticket) are sent to the email address provided by the customer as soon as the payment is successfully received.

3.2. The invoice is sent together with the PDF ticket to the specified email.

3.3. The specified delivery times are for email, and COMAPLY is not responsible for delays if the customer has provided incorrect data or is not available at the specified address.

3.4. If tickets are not received within the specified time, please contact us by writing to info@COMAPLY.com or calling +371 27797931 on working days from 9.00 to 17.30.




4. Extent of Merchant Responsibility


4.1. One customer may purchase no more than 10 tickets for a specific event in one purchase, unless otherwise provided by the organizer.

4.2. COMAPLY does not verify the user's identity, except for the username and password.

4.3. COMAPLY processes only the data that the e-store user provides during ticket purchase or when registering in the system.

4.4. COMAPLY contact information is available at the beginning of these terms and on the website www.COMAPLY.com.

4.5. COMAPLY does not verify the identity of either the ticket buyer or its holder and is not responsible for losses that may arise due to such circumstances.

4.6. COMAPLY does not check the rights to purchase discounted tickets; appropriate documents and conditions justifying the discount may be verified directly by the organizer at the event venue.

4.7. If a user violates the e-store rules, COMAPLY has the right to block the user's access or cancel any purchase.

4.8. COMAPLY is not responsible for comments, publications, and other types of content posted by users or other visitors in the e-store.

4.9. The COMAPLY page may contain links to other websites, but the company assumes no responsibility for the content, compliance, or information available on these sites.

4.10. Any use of this page for commercial purposes, including mentions of COMAPLY, is prohibited without written permission from SIA "Kalmars Group".




5. Customer Responsibility


5.1. The e-store user must not interfere with the operation of the e-store and its technical solutions. Any automatic or manual mass reading, copying, or reproduction of data, as well as their use outside the operation of the e-store, is prohibited, especially if it results in excessive load on the system.

5.2. The user, by using the e-store, confirms that:

5.2.1. they are at least 18 years old and fully responsible for their actions (persons from 7 to 18 years of age require approval from an adult who allows the use of the e-store);

5.2.2. undertakes to comply with the e-store terms of use;

5.2.3. does not disclose their username or password to third parties;

5.2.4. does not use a third party's payment card without appropriate permission;

5.2.5. complies with the terms of use indicated on the tickets.

5.3. If the user violates these conditions, COMAPLY has the right to deny access to the e-store or cancel specific ticket purchases.




6. Order Cancellation and Refund


6.1. In accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" (clause 22.12), the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the service is scheduled for a specific day or term and relates to entertainment events. Therefore, purchased tickets are not repurchased, unless the organizer has announced otherwise.

6.2. In case the event is canceled, postponed, or its venue is changed, COMAPLY is not responsible for ticket exchange or expense compensation.

6.3. If the event is canceled or postponed, only the basic price of the ticket (nominal value) is refunded.

6.4. The event organizer is responsible for the exchange or reimbursement procedure in case of event cancellation, or COMAPLY if a separate agreement has been concluded with the organizer.

6.5. COMAPLY does not assume responsibility for the cancellation, conduct, or advertising of the event, nor does it compensate for possible expenses to the user if the event is canceled or postponed.

6.6. Any complaints about the quality, content, or advertising of the event should be addressed directly to the event organizer.

6.7. All possible disputes related to purchases in the e-store are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

6.8. These terms are available on the COMAPLY website www.COMAPLY.com in the "HOW TO BUY" section, where they can be found and saved.

6.9. The text of the terms is also available in each registered user's individual user account.




SIA "Kalmars Group" would like to indicate that, by purchasing tickets in the e-store www.comaply.com, you confirm your agreement to these terms and undertake to comply with them.
